Suggested Directions: Always read packaging and enclosed leaflet before use. If the person taking this medicine has any medical conditions or is taking other medication consult your pharmacist or doctor before use.
- Start by taking 2g (1 level teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 2.7g per day.
- Intake can be taken at one time or spilt into 2 or 3 portions and taken during the day.
- Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let fizz, and then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with either warm or cold water and enjoy!
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
