They do not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied in the contract with you.
PRODUCT PRICE
All prices on the website are in Euro (€) and inclusive of VAT (only where applicable) and are subject to change at any time without notice to you. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stock lasts. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount at checkout.
We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Promotions and prices you see in Lynch’s’ Pharmacy stores, do not apply to prices on the website, and vice versa.
CUSTOMS
If your delivery address is outside of the Republic of Ireland you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information. www.lynchspharmacy.ie is not liable for any additional taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country.
AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event of goods forming part of your order are out of stock, you will be informed by email or other means if necessary and provided with the option to either wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Where part of your order is out of stock we can send the rest of your order to you and send the remainder of your order at a later date subject to availability. You will not be charged any additional postage costs for the out of stock items.
Not all products or services discussed or referenced herein are available to all persons or in all geographic locations. Lynch’s Pharmacy reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion, the provision and quantity of any product or service to any person or geographic area it so desires. Where we refer to “trending”, or “bestselling” products on the website, it is at the discretion of www.lynchspharmacy.ie. It may be based on what is new, what we think is popular, or believe sales have exceeded other products. Our 'featured products' are those we have chosen to highlight.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once you have finished shopping you will go through to our secure checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order. Once you've placed an order we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgment does not imply an acceptance of the order. Your order is then subject to further validation checks we may choose to make. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your payment card or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.

PAYMENT PROCESSOR
Our website uses Stripe for securely accepting credit card payments. We never record your credit card details in our database, but pass these details on to Stripe. More information about Stripe can be found here: https://stripe.com. If your order is accepted we will inform you through email. All major Credit Cards and Debits Cards are accepted and the name 'Lynchspharmacy' will appear on your transaction statement. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the website.

A record of each transaction for the sale of medicines will be retained by us for 2 years from the date of receipt or supply of the medicine. The record includes the order for supply, the date of the transaction, the name and quantity of the product supplied and the name and address of the person to whom the product was supplied. By purchasing from our website you agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and its use including any required record keeping. The purchasing of medicines is restricted to the Republic of Ireland. We are unable to supply/ship medicines outside the Republic of Ireland.
By using our website to purchase medicines you make the following guarantees us that you over 18 years old, that you are aware that the medicine should be used in accordance with the recommendations for use contained in the product packaging and that the total quantity of the product to be supplied in the transaction is a quantity that is reasonably required for the purchasers own treatment.
Some medicines are liable to abuse and/or misuse and at our discretion if we suspect a medicine may be being abused or misused a supply can be refused. A pharmacist will personally review each other for supply and personally supervise and authorise the supply having regard to any previous supply to that purchaser. All medicines sales are only final upon review and approval/refusal by one of our pharmacists.
SAFETY
You agree to carefully read and follow all guidance materials including Patient-Information-Leaflets (PILS), manuals and safety instructions provided with all products including medicines and adhere to the terms contained therein at all times. The information contained on the website is not intended to be comprehensive. If you are unsure at any point if the product is suitable or if you are inexperienced using the product(s) you should always seek professional advice.
DELIVERY
Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the Shipping & Delivery page. We offer free delivery for all orders over €40 within Republic of Ireland including Northern Ireland. All other orders are subject to the following delivery charges: Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland, €5.95 per order.
Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm GMT will usually be processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm GMT on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday).
* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
We deliver from Monday - Friday* (excluding Bank Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are possible on request. This may incur additional charges.
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as is practical. All products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products.
We aim to get your order into the next collection available after your order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for delivery.
Orders not received within 7 days should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket order number. Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order.
In some cases your delivery may require a signature. Please ensure that you will be available to sign for the delivery at the delivery address you specify. Where a delivery partner fails to make a delivery to you, either because you were not available at the address provided when delivery was attempted and you did not collect the order within the time frame set out by the delivery partner or because the address you provided is incorrect or does not exist, and as a result your order is returned, we will make a charge to you for the costs we incur in sending the item to you and in paying for its return. We will issue you with a refund upon receipt of the parcel for the amount remaining after the deduction of these charges. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for a delay in the parcel being returned to us or if the courier failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. In these cases please contact the delivery company directly.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Where you have purchased goods or services as a consumer you are entitled to change your mind, and cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days from the date you receive your order. You then have another 14 days from the date you inform us of the cancellation to return the goods to us if you have already received them. In all cases the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return. The cost of returning unwanted items or cancelling an order in your possession is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. The cost of sending the item to you will be refunded, however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Your rights remain the same for discount or sale items. Please note all applicable free gifts and samples supplied must also be returned with your order. If not we will make a discretionary deduction to cover our cost for these items.
If you think that a product you have purchased on www.lynchspharmacy.ie is faulty or defective, please contact us straight away within 7 days or receipt before returning the item. You can contact us by email at lynchspharmacyonline@gmail.com. We will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product and original delivery cost. Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, gift voucher). Please see our returns policy for further details.
GIFT VOUCHERS
The expiry date on all gift vouchers from our website is 5 years. Multiple vouchers can be used in one order and a voucher doesn’t have to be fully used in one order. You cannot use your Gift Voucher in conjunction with any other discount code. The risk of loss for a Gift Voucher shall pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Voucher to the purchaser or designated recipient, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, deleted or used without your permission.
We will dispatch your electronic gift voucher upon clearance of payment. Please ensure the email address you supply for delivery of electronic gift voucher is correct. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to a recipients address because of spam filters, firewalls, and the capacity of the recipient's mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
If a Gift Voucher obtained fraudulently is used/redeemed to make purchases on www.lynchspharmacy.ie we have the right to terminate customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes entitles you to a set amount of discount off full-priced items and excludes products on existing promotion, medicines, gift cards or delivery. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions on our website. Discount codes can only be used 1 time only per registered customer and you must be logged into your account to use a discount code. Discounts cannot retrospectively be applied to orders once they are placed. All discount codes and offer codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time and additional conditions may apply to sales and discount codes.
WEB APP USAGE
You must adhere to the standards described in our acceptable website conduct policy when you use any features that allow you to upload content to our site. You warrant that any activity that does not adhere with those standards you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. The section titles in the terms & conditions of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
SEVERANCE
If at any time any one or more of the provisions of these Conditions shall become or be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
